Community Managers will be representing Earnsured and must be very knowledgeable about our services and the cryptocurrency industry in general in order to best support and create content for our communities with accuracy and passion.
The ideal Community Manager has exceptional oral and written communication skills. They have the ability to develop engaging and unique content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills. You should also possess the ability to moderate community conversations, both online and offline.
Ultimately, you will act as the face and voice of our brand and the management of all community communication.
This will be utilitising a variety of marketing strategies including but not limited to social media outreach, building our network of effective affiliate management.
Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
Grow our user base and increase awareness of the Earnsured brand in fun, creative and informative ways.
Build on relationship with online influencers and increase our advocacy networks
Attract and manage affiliates relationships – improve incentivisation strategies
Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Binance local userbase and influence.
Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
Post content across Local social media
Engage the community through contests, webinars, etc.
Making calls to potential new clients
Closing new managed accounts
Meeting clients face to face/video
Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional clients)
Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
Championing institutional clients product development
Help with translations and proofread contents
Strategise and manage trading competitions that inspire users to join and use our platform
Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends.
Requirements:
Experience building and moderating a community
Demonstrated background/interest in cryptocurrency and trading
Strong writing skills
Strong understanding and enthusiasm for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies Genuine enthusiasm for social and community engagement Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to educate and entertain through text A creative eye, and experience working with talented designers Demonstrable experience growing social media accounts, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech sectors Marketing, economics, or business graduate, with at least two years of relevant experience since your bachelor’s degree Understanding of the business impact of well crafted social media
Have good relations with other Telegram group/channels
Proven experience in growing and managing user base
Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
Must be able to work independently.
