Read more about our values and culture here. What you’ll be doing:  Act as Coinbase’s externally-facing point of contact for customer complaints submitted to regulatory agencies around the world. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Global Intake System and other processes associated with document management and control. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve the document management system. Maintain up-to-date contact information for regulators to send customer complaints. Log, track, and assign incoming requests from regulatory agencies. Calendar to ensure timely responses.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure incoming requests and associated tasks are transmitted to the correct Coinbase team for response preparation.  Log and manage database of assignments, notifications, distributions and response archive. Help with overflow litigation matters as needed What we look for in you:  Previous success efficiently and effectively handling government agency requests for information and documents.  Demonstrated ability to organize cross functional response. Proven track record of succeeding in a deadline driven environment. Well-honed professional judgement in communications tone and tenor. Experience handling high volume of documents cross functionally.  Extraordinarily organized with extreme attention to detail, and equally proficient proofreading skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.  Familiarity with Google Suite, Jira (or other ticketing system) SalesForce, Advologix, SimpleLegal, and/or Slack. Self-starter with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Able to think critically and come up with creative solutions. At least 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in a similar operations role.  Nice to haves:  Experience working in house at  a financial services or other regulated industry. Expertise in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency a plus.
