Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, is reinforcing its bitcoin acquisition plan. Michael Saylor again shared the firm’s bitcoin portfolio tracker. The move aligns with the tenth consecutive signal of an impending purchase. The tracker post acts as a bellwether ahead of official announcements.
Bitcoin Tracker Signal Sparks Buying Strategy
Michael Saylor has posted the Strategy Bitcoin portfolio tracker on X for ten weeks straight. Each tracker update typically precedes a company’s fresh bitcoin purchase. The tracker shows current holdings at 582,000 BTC, valued at around $61 billion. His caption, “Send more Orange,” hints at further accumulation.
These tracker posts have become a recurring feature in Strategy’s acquisition script. The pattern is seen as a reliable precursor to buying activity. Historically, the tracker appeared days before spikes were bought.

Data‑Driven Acquisition Pattern
Since mid‑April, Strategy has executed nine straight weekly bitcoin purchases. In the most recent cycle (June 2–8), Strategy acquired 1,045 BTC for about $110.2 million, at an average price of $105,426 per coin. This brought total holdings to 582,000 BTC at an average cost of $70,086 per coin.
The firm has spent approximately $5.1 billion acquiring bitcoin since April. This accumulation fits its dollar‑cost averaging (DCA) strategy—building exposure over varying price levels. Strategy now controls roughly 2.8% of the total bitcoin supply (circa 20 million BTC).
Funding Mechanism and Corporate Strategy
The recent Bitcoin buy was financed by a strategy with sales of its most favored stock, STRK and STRF. It achieved a net of $66.4 million and $45.8 million and based on STRK and STRF. Dilution of the common MSTR shares did not happen over the duration, and it still had more than $18 billion capacity under its ATM program.
By issuing preferred shares, Strategy secures steady capital flows for Bitcoin purchases. The approach combines capital market mechanisms with DCA to sustain accumulation without diluting shareholder equity.
Expert Data and Transparency Measures
Each acquisition of Bitcoins is validated with the publicly available file and data of the tracker. Tracker entries, SEC filings, and public tweets by Saylor are used. The information about the costs of Bitcoin on different exchanges becomes the source of data.
Average purchase costs and holdings are reported by industry data providers. Strategy’s Bitcoin is valued at approximately $61.9 billion at current market prices. Other estimates place holdings at 582,000 BTC valued at $62.7 billion.
Risk Disclosures and Market Context
Strategy is accentuating Bitcoin as the main corporate asset since 2020. The holdings increased by 582,000 BTC (in June 2025) compared to 423,650 BTC (in December 2024). The average cost of the firm is 70,086 BTC.
There is the market risk where investors and analysts comment publicly. Skeptics warn of overexposure to Bitcoin and possible share dilution of MSTR. Strategy offers delineation of the risk in SEC reports and products, as well as investor memos issued on preferred stocks.
“What impressed me most about TRANXCHK.ONLINE was their process. As someone from a tech background, I appreciated their systematic, data-driven approach to asset tracing and recaavory. TRANXCHK.ONLINE utilized digital forensics, IP tracking, and third-party platforms to track my crypto transactions. No fluff—just clean, structured communication backed by visible progress. The experience felt more like working with a specialist cyber unit than a customer service department. Highly recommended for tech-minded individuals who value process and accountability.”
