Marketing/Visual Designer
Description
Our client is seeking a detailed driven, creative thinker to join our organization as a Designer. This individual will help build comprehensive design materials.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital/interactive design;; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles
- Copy editing / writing experience
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
- Experience designing for print, web, mobile, and social media.
- Drawing and illustrating skills
- Slide-building skills (PowerPoint and Google Slides)
- Experience in creating Brand guidelines and stylesheets
- A fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or with a team
- Experienced in developing and executing a marketing design, and have an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
- Curious; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources
- Motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions
- Keen in understanding local market creative and cultural nuances
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (hand-coding/WordPress knowledge is desirable).
- Motion graphics or video editing experience
- Bonus for great Mobile High Fidelity designs
Education Details
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web/Mobile design or equivalent
