    Our client is a Series E start-up that provides small and medium-sized businesses with access to fast and simple financial products through an advanced, online platform.They offers a modern approach to small business financing. Its advanced online platform provides business owners with a fast and easy solution to everyday financial needs with fast approvals, simple and flexible financial products, and an easy-to-use dashboard. As a Product Designer, you’ll directly impact the look and feel of our product and lead strategic initiatives. You’ll be involved with launching new product, scaling our platform to work across multiple product lines and ensuring the platform works for small businesses, channel and strategic partners.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    Drive the design vision of the company, working closely with Product Management, Engineering and Product Marketing leaders Own the lending user experience products within the product portfolios Understand and build solutions for different customers sets from small businesses, channel partners through to strategic partners Generate flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various platforms Be an expert across web including responsive design Strong visual and UX design skills having a clear grasp of typography, layout, color, behavior and text Break down complex problems, explore ways to delight users with simple, efficient solutions Strive for and execute on pixel-perfect design, but also are able to work within time constraints Work with design leadership to drive co-ordinated, consistent experience across the portfolio of products Present and justify design thinking and derive meaningful feedback from peers and stakeholders Gather customer needs and behaviors via user interviews and testing
    WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
    A degree in Interactive Design, Product Design or a related field At least 3+ years of product/UX design experience for web including responsive design
    Proven ability with both design oversight and hands-on creation of user experiences and visual design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, typography, and information design Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and reasoning skills that allow you to broadly present and defend your designs Ability to use both quantitative and qualitative research to solution designs for users and partners Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap a plus
